Technology & Inks
The quality of printing is incomparable to their competition. They use Epson exclusively for all DTG and Sublimation printing. Our DTG machines are set to print slower at the highest quality settings available with a 2X print pass and a highlight white ink. The printers are developed using the latest advancements in performance imaging, including the Epson® PrecisionCore® TFP® printhead and Epson UltraChrome® DG garment ink technology.
Quality Control
Each item is individually inspected several times during the pre-treatment and printing process. Last quality control is done before ready garment is fully packed prior to shipping.
Packaging Control
Folded with backerboard and shipped in self-sealing poly bags that secure excellent protection for the product. Cardboard boxes are used for multi products shipping if the order is bigger than polybag capacity.
